Trash. This is the most

Trash. This is the most fragile, low quality kitchen gear I’ve ever bought. Doesn’t keep an edge and doesn’t give any sense of quality. Definitely don’t recommend this.

Not what I expected

This knife was a disappointment. It is heavy and the handle is a little undersized for my hand. It is sharp but the blade is thick so it doesn't cut like some of my other shun knives with blades that are thinner. This had almost a clever feel to it.

A little do disappointed

Have used Shun knives for many years. Always very satisfied with the quality and especially the sharpness. This last group of knives I received has been a little disappointing. They look well made and have a good feel, however, they just are not sharp. Not sure why, but, right out of the box these do not cut as well as my 5 year old knives.
