Disappointed in this toy

Hi I bought 3 of these for grandkids. 2 of them didn’t work and they were very cheaply made. I bought them as Christmas presents and we were not happy with them at all.

they lied

We bought a drone for my grandchild, we only bought it from Macy's is because if there was a problem we could return it, and they promised a December 24th delivery date. On the 24th, we got an email saying it would arrive the 30th. As of this review, today is the 29th. My grandchild had no gift to open on Xmas.

Delivery date

This drone was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. Now it’s delayed to January 2! Why is it delayed this long?

Never Received Merchandise

I have NEVER RECEIVED MINE SO I WOULD NOT KNOW. I ORDERED IN NOVEMBER!! I AM VERY DISTURBED BY THIS. I WILL NOT SHOP MACY'S ONLINE AGAIN. 1ST IT WAS CANCELED DUE TO DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. THEN IT GOT SENT TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. THEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. ENTERED IT INTO THE SYSTEM INCORRECTLY SO IT SAID DELIVERED BUT WASNT THERE!
