Very Basic Drone

I was very excited about this drone, but unfortunately I was let down. One of the first things it mentions on the box is to not fly it outside. I was excited for this reason, I thought it would be cool to take some videos of our property. I really had no idea how bad the camera would be. You can see from the added clip that the video is extremely choppy and very low quality. I did take it outside anyway, and see why they recommended not to. It was slightly windy and the drone did not hold up at all. I will try it on a very clear day and update if it goes any better. It is difficult to control, I tried it in the house and I would need a much larger empty room for it to work. It was bumping into too much for it to work well in the living room. Overall, I would rather spend more for a higher quality product.

Good drone

I like this drone as a first-time drone user the instructions are really easy to follow and it has a good durability that can resist to minor bumps. Really cool build in camera which you can watch it an app on your phone, even though it has a short battery life it can be an excellent gift for kids or young adults.

Good fun!

This drone is fun to fly. It's very lightweight though which makes it a bit unstable in even a slight breeze. The live video on the phone was nice and responsive. The video quality was only just ok. Considering the price point of this drone I would say it's very good and easy for a novice drone pilot.

Great gift for those wanting a beginner drone! So

I've been testing the Sharper Image Drone Stealth Recon for a few weeks, and it's been a lot of fun. As a first-time drone user, I found the instructions and videos very easy to follow. A unique feature is its built in camera, which easily connects to an app on your phone to view footage in real time. While I kindly receive this product for free in exchange for an honest review, my only drawbacks are the short battery life and poor camera quality. Nonetheless, it's an excellent gift option for kids or young adults because it's very affordable and lightweight. Since it's light, it can really take far drops well without damaging the blades. Overall, it's a great beginner drone that's really fun to use!

So much Fun!

I received this Sharper Image Drone Stealth Recon with Camera Streaming for testing purposes. It is a great product! My son loved it, he enjoyed playing with it and doing aerial shots with the good camera settings. Very fun and entertaining especially for teens! Easy set up and easy to use. Very easily portable can take anywhere with its light weight technology. Looks very cool with a sleek design and metal looking outer shell! Love it!

Fun, affordable drone

This Stealth Recon Drone from Sharper Image is a fun little affordable introduction to drones. It is extremely lightweight and pretty easy to control. The drone can connect to your phone through wifi which allows you to capture photos and videos from the drone. I was hoping I would be able to use this for some travel videos, but the image quality is quite low, which is understandable considering the affordability of this product. I think overall this is more of a “just for fun” kind of drone, and it definitely is fun to play with! It would be a great gift for kids or teens, or anyone interested in a starter drone.
