Best portable cleaner
As a mom of 3 my mess piles up daily especially cause all they do is spill and this thing has been a lifesaver. I love that it’s cordless and it allows me to clean any mess, any where. So far I have gotten rid of the toughest stains including pizza sauce

Not reliable
I purchased this and it’s been awesome but since I unboxed it it will work for 30 sec then it starts blinking and no matter how much I clean and dry it out it won’t stay on.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your StainForce. We understand how disappointing it must be when the unit only runs for a short time before blinking and shutting off, especially when you've already tried cleaning and thoroughly drying it. We're glad to hear you've otherwise found the product useful, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant teams internally. In the meantime, we recommend referring to our troubleshooting guide below, which includes steps that may help resolve the issue: https://support.sharkninja.com/article/HX100-Series-Shark-StainForce-Portable-Spot-Stain-Remover-Troubleshooting-Guide If the issue persists after following the troubleshooting steps, please use the contact information provided at the end of the guide to reach our support team for further assistance. Small stain to dark ring
Bought this to help remove stains on my new beige sofa. Tried it out on a small area, followed the instructions to the letter and I've been left with a far worse dark ring. Will not be using again.

Hi Matt, Thanks for taking time to leave your review. We're disaapointed to hear that despite following the instructions carefully, the product didn't deliver the result you were hoping for, and has instead left you with a more noticeable mark on your sofa. That's certainly not the outcome anyone would expect when trying to treat a stain on a new piece of furniture. We'd like the opportunity to look into this and see how we can help. Please reach out to our team using the link below, and we'll assist with this as soon as possible. https://support.sharkninja.com/contact-us Kind Regards, Shark Home

Sensor renders product useless
Charge time 5 hrs for 15 min of use. Sensors are so messed up, I could wash and dry perfectly to the video instructions and I still get a sensor error stating I have a dirty or missing tank. Then when I try to find other troubleshooting online, the internet is filled with the same crappy ads. I tried refunding it 37 days after buying and they declined my request. Do not buy this product.

I fell for another viral product that doesn’t work
I purchased this product to remove pet stains (new stains not old stuff) - you have to use an entire bottle of the liquid to just soak the stain - ultimately it didn’t remove it and made it even worse - I’m returning it
Compact and Powerful
This cleaner is pretty great given its compact size. I don't think it is as powerful as my old upright wet vac, but that is to be expected. After moving into a much smaller home, I needed a spot cleaner that did not take up as much space as my upright, and this is perfect. The spray cleaner works really well. An added bonus is the ease at which it comes apart to clean. It took about a month to get here (and two separate shipments) but I'm happy it finally made it!

Portable handheld cleaner makes life easy
We have used a traditional plug-in, shampooing machine for many years, but wasn’t happy with the cleanup and hassle. So we decided to give this cordless handheld shark stain force a try and so far we really love it. It’s portable. It’s quick. It’s easy to use and the cleanup is such a lifesaver. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone, especially if they can find a good deal.
