This pillow did not meet my expectations. I anticipated that Serta exceptional in comfort, especially for at the price. Needless to say, you do not always get what you pay for. I purchased the “firm” pillow which was anything but firm. It survived for an hour before I placed it back in the bag. Fluffing the pillow was useless. It also had a strange smell. I returned the pillow and purchased the firm alternative down from Hotel collection which is perfect for me. I have finally found my match after years of trying EVERY pillow.

After trying to find a good pillow for the last few years, I finally succeeded! This is a great pillow with good support for a side sleeper. I hate those dense, heavy memory foam pillows, and this down pillow was soft enough without being too flat or lofty! Give it a try!

Jumbo must mean small. This is a very squishy pillow.

Not the right type of filling
Upon removing packaging I was impressed with my purchase. I purchased 1 pillow just to make sure. As a side sleeper at first it felt good and off I went to La-La land until I woke up at 1:am ish. My head sunk down into the pillow and woke up with a sore kink in my neck, my ear felt as though it was prest against a board and pressed on my nerves. I would send a picture but I don’t trust AI.
