Delivery was a breeze and they set it all up for us and took the old mattress away. However the mattress is more firm than I would have thought with it being a “plush pillow top.” Glad we got that one otherwise it would have been way too firm. I tried to break it in and soften it by having my 3 year old jump around on it, but it is still pretty firm, so definitely a durable bed.

This mattress has a super soft, comfortable top layer, but is still supportive in lower layers. You don't sink in and feel trapped. Even sitting on the edge of the bed, it doesn't sink down like our old mattress, you can really feel the quality and support. What surprised me most is that the extra support also keeps me cooler throughout the night. I switch between side and back positions and both are quite comfortable. We have an adjustable base that also works great with the Serta Cascade. It's great waking up feeling more refreshed, with less aches and pains.

The Serta Perfect Sleeper Cascade Range Plush Pillow Top is an excellent mattress. It’s soft without being too squishy and firm without being too hard. A perfect “in the middle” comfortable mattress.

I was a bit nervous about receiving a mattress without trying it first. I needn’t have been concerned. The mattress is well made and very comfortable. The delivery service were efficient, respectful and so fast! The subtle design of the mattress is also attractive. Only slight hiccup is the divots in the cushioning. I’m not yet used to them so feels a bit strange, but I’m sure are due to the padding.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. It is very soft and comfortable for short periods of time but after laying on it for a bit, my boyfriend and I have pretty stiff necks and backs. I wouldn’t say it’s the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in but we need something that’s just a tad firmer than this one here. The quality is nice and definitely more cooling than our old bed. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for something on the softer side and wanting something that’ll stay a fairly cool temperature.

Fantastic. At first I thought it was a little too firm but it really contours to your body. Im a side sleeper with cats. So my cats are on my legs or curled uo near my stomach. The bed is so comfortable that I dont even feel when they walk uo and lay down near me. My bc can be rolling around back and forth all night and I dont feel him at all. My hips use to hurt all the time when I woke up. Not since switching to this mattress.
