Sent Damaged/Dirty Dress

I tried the dress on in store and it had what appeared to be makeup stains all over it.So I placed the order in store to have a new clean dress delivered to my house.Upon arrival I opened the packet and you guys sent the same dirty dress with lose thread to me.This is just a complete disrespect to me and unacceptable on the part of Macy’s.

Rubs little big and has a gap in the front between 2 of the buttons. (Could be me) Very well made. It is also low cut
