Lives up to the hype

we bought this TV to use art feature in our formal living room and it is living up to expectations . the artwork looks amazing on the matte screen and the colors more accurate than I expected them to be on a TV. using the TV to watch TV is also better than I expected with picture quality, clarity, brightness, and contrast being very good especially for such a small TV. The room the TV is in gets a lot of sunlight during the day and the are free screen is not affected by it at all.

Great at first then went downhill fast

Worked great for 3 years then it started having connectivity issues which got worse and worse. Detected Wi-Fi in our home but refused to connect despite all the resets, reboots, restarting Wi Fi, calls to Samsung Support etc All other wireless devices work fine except The Frame tv. The wi fi router is 6 feet away! Having this problem randomly 4 - 5 days per week is ridiculous and we’re done with it. Looking for a replacement from another manufacturer…

A decoration to my living room

I have had this for a couple of months and am delighted with it. My tv needs to be in my living room but I don’t want it to dominate the room. Courtesy of the wonderful art I now have access to it just looks like a picture until I want to watch the TV when I have a wonderful picture.

Super Picture!!

Great Pictures. Major amount of selections that you go directly from on the remote. It would be a five but for a 32 in the decreases the size and added a frame so from replacing one for a new one much smaller in size. That is my only complain. It was easy enough to set up even for someone not to mechanically inclined.

Third Frame TV and counting.

This is our third The Frame TV. They are great. We have two more Tvs that we will replace later this year with The Frame TV sets also.
