MATERIALS: Breathable air mesh and padded tongue and heel collar and durable molded heel overlay. CLOSURE: Secure lace-up front. INSOLE: Anatomical heel with extra arch support and heel support. MIDSOLE: Lightweight EVA for soft cushioning and Full-length RE-ZORB® responsive cushioning. OUTSOLE: Durable two-piece rubber sole for grip and Built-in compression channels for shock absorption. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Product works by best by cleaning immediately after a spill by running cold water over the shoe. Use only cold water to remove the following stains: dirt, mud, coffee, ketchup, blood. Do not wipe the shoe with any product, including water, as it can cause the stain to be absorbed into the material. Do not dry them in the dryer…

My gym shoes shrunk when i put them in the dryer…they are too small for my foot now? Beware…I am gonna see if I can reorder them, because they are the best looking shoes that I have ever ordered from Ryka..

Great looking but wear out fast

the look of this shoe is fantastic runs a little large . I have to say I've only owned them for a few months and only wore them to work out 30 min 3 days a week, then for a 3 day trip and. the insoles are completely worn out as if I've owned them for a year and wore them daily . I'm disappointed in the quality, they are no longer even wearable. I own a few other pairs of Ryka's and expected better from the brand.

My feet were made for walkin'

Very comfortable, no seams, raised areas to create unwanted friction. Only wish a bit easier to keep clean. Im now shopping for my second pair. Best shoes for serious walking I've ever owned and I've been around for a long time! ;)

Very uncomfortable

As a nurse, I was looking for a shoe that would provide comfort and support during long hours on my feet. Unfortunately, these Ryka shoes were extremely uncomfortable and caused terrible pain in my feet and back. I gave them a fair chance, but after wearing them during my shifts, my feet hurt so badly that I could barely wait to take the shoes off. I’m very disappointed because I expected these Ryka shoes to be supportive and suitable for people who spend hours on their feet. Unfortunately, they were not comfortable for me at all. I would not recommend them for nurses or anyone who needs to stand or walk for long periods.

Excellent shoes for hours on your feet!

I love these shoes. I spend most of my work day on my feet and these shoes have made that so much easier. They are high quality and well put together. The toe box is the perfect size for all five piggies. No smooshed, overlapped toes. I like them so much, I bought a second pair for the gym.
