Never received item

My account has been charged for items I never received. Although I went to Macy’s pickup at the Brooklyn Kings Plaza location, it was indicated that I received the items when I picked up the matching comforter. I reached to customer service and this issue has not been resolved. People, check your orders before you sign off on merchandise received. Mistakes can happen but this not the first time it has happened. No one has money to give away freely 😡
