Not the same colors as advertised
I did not receive the colors as advertised. The outer two shades of blue were correct, but the inner colors arrived as brown instead of off-white and grey instead of light blue. I returned the item and reordered, but unfortunately the replacement arrived with the same incorrect color scheme again. The quality appears good, but the product feels overpriced for what it offers.
Response from Macy's
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the colors did not match your expectations and that the replacement arrived the same way. While screen and lighting differences can affect how colors appear, we understand how frustrating this experience can be. We appreciate your comments and will share this feedback with our product team for review.
