I purchased in Aug, it's a sitting sofa, not a comfy, relaxing sofa. Was hoping the stiff, hard cushions were just because it was new, no changes. I wanted to like it because I heard so many good things about Radley...but I wish I had gone with another brand.
Item delivered torn. Uphill battle to get replaced
I ordered this sectional in custom fabric. I paid for "white glove" delivery and an extended warranty. It arrived torn on the corner with most of the tear being on the front-facing surface. Delivery driver photographed damage and Macy's sent a technician out one week later who offered to sew the tears. We asked for a replacement and he said Macy's would contact me. I did not receive any contact so I called customer service and was told a custom piece was ineligible for replacement even though it arrived damaged. Then I was told it could be returned/refunded. Then I was told it could be replaced but could take as long as 22 weeks. I was told there was no way to receive any confirmation of a replacement by email but that the warehouse would contact me when the replacement is ready. I saw multiple warnings online by customers who were not served well by Macy's despite having purchased the warranty. I'm still not convinced they will make this situation right.
