Love our Radley sectional

We bought the 136” Radley leather sectional in navy blue. We’ve had it for about 4 months and we love it!! It is very comfortable and the color is gorgeous. The sofa had to be made to order- but it came within the time frame specified on the website. Macys was great to work with.

Still waiting

Today is 5/23/26. We ordered our sectional on 12/30/25 and still have not received it. Very difficult to get information on the order.

171 day delivery time

Warning! This review is only about the ordering process. In theory, this was the perfect couch for my needs. I was told an 8-12 week delivery timeline. Just spoke to a rep who said now it’s a 25 week wait. I ordered beginning of March and will receive the couch at the end of August. Unacceptable. If Macy’s were honest on their website, I wouldn’t get so riled up. I shared all this with the rep on the phone but he didn’t care.

amazing buy!

We have had three of these couches for about a year now. They are a bit firm, but you can tell they are softening up some (which all couches do). We love the look and the comfort. Couldn't be more pleased. No troubles with delivery time. We only got to see the cloth version in the store and are thrilled with the in-person leather color.

Radley Leather 86 couch

I’m not a review writer but felt I needed to add a good review for viewers. My Radley 86” and 74” leather couches were delivered yesterday and they are gorgeous. I got the Coconut Milk color. They are pristine with no damage and I experienced no issues with the delivery. The guys were great and were very careful. When I placed the order I was a little concerned about how long it would take to come in. I was expecting months because they make the couch for you in China. When my salesperson called less than 8 weeks after purchase and said they could deliver in less than 7 days I was ecstatic. There’s not many great reviews here so I wanted to make sure my great experience was reflected. This was my 1st Macy’s furniture purchase. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again.

BEAUTIFUL SOFA

I am very pleased with my purchase of this Radley Leather Sofa and Chair in the Chestnut Color. Delivery and in store purchase were easy! The Macys money I got back was well worth it!

Radley 148 inch leather sectional

This is an excellent sofa. We purchased a cream colored leather Radley in 2025 and it still looks new in a home with no children or pets. Comfortable, elegant and contemporary. It "makes" our living room.
