Great couch and delivery from white glove!!
This is our second Radley and we love it! The satisfaction call post delivery did not take my prompts of "5 star" service from white glove- but I wanted to ensure they received my great review. The two gentlemen who delivered had a tricky time going down a stairs corner, but worked hard to make it happen. We appreciate them not giving up and doing it with care!

I’ve had this couch for 10 years with five kids. This couch has held up through moving three times. I’ve removed the cushion covers every few months over the last 10 years and wash them in the washing machine and put them back on. They have held up great. The couch is sturdy and made very well. Fabric is very thick great for somebody that has kids or pets.

Radley 5 pc sectional is a keeper
I custom ordered the 5 pc Radley in Yogi. It fits my space perfectly, however the swatched was darker than the sofa delivered. I had the best delivery men Jayden and Demarcus (forgive me if your names are not correct). They arrived timely and put together the pieces expeditiously. Since the color was off I worked with the best sales lady Dawn and was accommodated for the issue. Overall, I love my new sectional and the delivery made it perfect!!
We love it!
I absolutely love this couch! It's incredibly comfortable and one of my favorite things about it is how customizable it is. You can arrange it into whatever shape works best for your space and needs. We chose the sofa bed option, and it has been so useful for hosting guests. We also went with the light cream color, and despite having two black dogs who practically live on the couch, it still looks great. Their hair doesn't cling to the fabric the way I expected. A quick vacuum is all it takes to remove the fur and keep it looking clean. Overall, this couch is comfortable, versatile, practical, and surprisingly pet-friendly. I couldn't be happier with our purchase!
Very Poor Customer Service
Large sectional purchase 4/17/2026 for my daughers home. Color turqouise was "custom". Incomplete delivery 6/13/2026. Part still missing, 8/5/2026 had to "remake". Will not be delivered until September 1. Can't wait to see if that "custom color" will match the other pieces in September with the pieces delivered in June!!! Twelve is the count of customer service agents as they attempted to resolve this, essentially missing piece delivered originally to wrong state, attempted to retrieve and was damaged when found.
Disappointed terrible couch
I purchased this sectional after reading the reviews online . I purchased my previous sectional from Macys and was very happy with it . It lasted longer than I would have expected . I no longer had any of the paperwork or tags and was unable to find out the brand so researched Macys most popular and best reviewed sectionals and found Radley was highly recommended. The couch was delivered 1 week ago and it is the most uncomfortable couch I ever had . I was hoping it just had to be broken in but unfortunately I already see the cushions that have been sat on the most have already started losing shape and are sunken in . The sectional is 1 week old . …. I do not recommend this sectional . I gave it 1 star because that’s was the only way to submit the review.
Not a great every day couch
This couch is at a great price point (only reason it got a 2 not 1 star), but that's because it has a very short life if used as a daily couch. This is our 2nd Radley, the first one had up way better than the second, so I'm assuming they changed the quality. The cushions lost shape quickly on this one. The fabric still looks fine, but the shape is completely shot. Very poor quality Unfortunately it probably makes sense to buy a more expensive couch that will actually hold up longer than 1 year.
