Love the look, not sure about the box material

Love the look of this set and the knives are beautiful and sharp. I was disappointed the bottom is plastic or composite instead of metal. The Wood board is a little difficult in getting out otherwise nice wood.

Broke on first use, replaced and second one broke

I received this as a gift. The first time I used the one I received it broke in a spring shot out of it. I returned that one and replaced it with another. This one also broke, although it took two uses before it broke this time. Apparently this brand has lost any level of quality or consistency. We’ll have to return this one. Would not ever buy again.

I love Macy's and have been faithful, but...

Still haven't received these, have not seen the tracking move. This and another order that I was supposed to receive 4 days ago. It makes me sad that it feels like it's going downhill.
