Looks Beautiful

Great fit and length. Light weight. Dressy and sparkly enough without being over the top. Goes great with a pair of black dress pants and a sleeveless shell underneath.

PERFECT

Looks a tad cheap, kicks a little dowdy

This is a perfectly serviceable shrug/cardigan but the fabric looks retro, but not in a good way - more like a light double-knit. The beaded part is very subtle, not flashy, so it could work day into night.
