Doesn't Appear New
This item arrived several days late and has weird linear markings on the front and back. The guitar should have come with two strings (per the instructions) to attach the shoulder strap, but there is only one in the box. Ultimately, my son is happy with this item, but I feel we were sent a used guitar when we paid for a new one.
