Hi Susie, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our ProSleep Knee Support Accessory Pillow did not meet your comfort expectations. This accessory pillow features AeroFusion memory foam that cradles and relieves pressure points along the legs and hips, but may not offer the correct amount of support for everyone. The contoured design allows you to use the pillow between your thighs, knees, or calves while relaxing at home, or for comfort while traveling in a cramped airplane or bus. Please reach out to a Macy's customer support specialist if you would like to return your order.
Knee support memory foam pillow
Purchased for my husband who is a side sleeper to help with his knee pain. He said it was a good size and works for him (I thought it was too small when I saw it!).

Super nice fit wherever you use it
Super nice pillow! It's a good amount squishy and firm! I have used it under my neck, under arms when propped on my belly, and (as pictured) between my legs and under my ribs while laying on my side. Honestly wish I had a few lol. But seriously, would be nice to use a couple at once. It is perfectly sized to fit in each of those areas. So relieving.
