Visible knots

I contacted customer service because the knots of the elastic were very visible on one side which takes away from the beauty of the product. They initially reached out asking for a photo but did not respond after that and I followed up twice. Other than the visible knots the product is nice. Customer service needs to up their game for continued purchasing by consumers.
