2nd time in 6 weeks product never get shipped-

the second time in 6 weeks the product never even get shipped. usps state that items are never sent to them even though they have notice that the shipping label was printed. it now over 2 weeks but I still have wait a decent time until I submit a refund report to get my money back. this is not a rare item to get. not happy.
