Because our pillows are compressed for shipping, the down-like fibers need a bit of help to reach their intended loft. We recommend placing the pillows in the dryer on low heat for a few minutes; this simple step allows the fill to fully expand and reach the plump, supportive density they were engineered for. Until fluffed in this manner, the fill may feel settled or flat.
It is also important to note that this specific set is a medium-density pillow, designed for balanced comfort for those who sleep on side/back and stomach throughout the night. If you prefer a very firm or rigid feel, we recommend choosing a firm or overstuffed density pillow to better match your needs. Absolutely loving these!!
These pillows have been incredibly comfortable to sleep with! They’re soft but still keep their shape well so they feel supportive and not stiff. I also love that they work for different sleeping positions because I switch around a lot during the night! They also make the bed look extra cozy and full instead of flat and sad looking
