Fantastic video cam with capable photo features
The S1 II is my first lumix camera and I love it. I own the FX30 and having the S1 II as my main camera has been fantastic. It has good cinema camera features for a mirrorless body, and still manages to pack an EVF for photos. This is not your average hybrid camera, it is as much of a cinema camera as any other mirrorless body-style cam marketed solely as a cinema camera. It excels at videos and still packs a punch for pictures. And the L-mount makes this future proof as more camera brands hopefully join the alliance. Now I can share my lens with other camera brands like Blackmagic BMCC 6k. The images look natural out of the box, my FX30 struggles with a particular black skin tone on the lighter end and the lumix just nails it, with make up on or not. Images just come out well even before color grading.

Great camera with amazing features
Been using it since last year, with the current updates, I havent had a single issue with the camera, it's been a great tool using the camera on all of my shoots lately.

S1ii - horse for what it’s designed
S1ii is the best camera for video if you mean more to work in video production, in time developing and dive in Arry as main camera, and s1ii will actually working as B cam being easy attaching to a pro drone, for me s1rii work more as I need large print of my works.
