The best peeler I have ever owned!

This vegetable peeler has a really comfortable handle and is as sharp as a surgeons scalpel. It makes quick work of peeling cucumbers, apples, eggplants and other vegetables that I have peeled but what is really impressive is that it can be used as a zester; it cuts so thinly that it can cleanly peel the zest of a lemon, leaving a strip of zest without any of the bitter pith. This peeler is worth every penny.
