Have had this scale for years - best in class
honestly, this is one of the best if not the best scale out there for the kitchen. The detached display is incredibly handy for large plates. The back lit display is key to see the numbers (full disclosure this failed on my first 2 scales, but OXO made it right by replacing the last one), and the precision is spot on.

Excellent scale
This scale is awesome. It's easy to use, compact, acurate. Ordering from OXO website, shipping and packaging all were great. Highly recommend this scale.

It's working great!
My old scale was broken so I got this one. It's working great. I like it cause I can read the number without my glasses. lol

Great food scale
This scale has features other scales are missing. The front with the LED can be pulled forward so you can see the numbers when using a larger bowl. The platform can be removed for easier cleaning. Very easy to use.

Great Scale
The scale is great and easy to use but I miss the 22lb scale. I had a 22ob scale but it stopped working and I tried to purchase the same scale but it was no longer available. The 11lb works for most kitchen recipes.

Good and bad
This is the third OSO scale I have purchased. The first gave many years of great service. The second one gave about 2 years of good service then started being inconsistent, with the scale changing without any input. The scales have all been great when they work but the second one didn't hold up as long as I would have expected. Perhaps a lemon. Time will tell how the third one holds up.

Staple in my kitchen
I had a scale before this one and it was terrible, often not accurate. Very difficult to get a reading with a large item on the scale. This thing has been a blessing and does an amazing job for my diet. I'm so glad I gave this a try.
