issue with assembly

This company can not be relied on for keeping its agreement when their product is reported.defective. I would NOT recommend purchasing . Our issue was getting the door hinges to align to close properly. The seller was contacted and with a back and forth; we agreed to a partial refund . They never initiated it ; then after several attempts , Macy's CS reps had to intervene though their authority was limited. The seller's finally reached back out . The situation got more frustrating explaining that we are seniors and dismantling, taking back into.the store etc was a harsdhip. I am unhappy looking at the doors and the customer care I deserved. BEWARE of this company ; they are third parties selling on Macy's website. They do not value customers or guarantee quality .
