Solid

I've been using this model for years on several different phones. No damage to phones after several big drops. This one seems even easier to put on and take off to clean.

The Galaxy A36 5G phone case sucks

I have used Otter Box for all of my phones for past 15 years. Always loved the protection and durability of your product. However this Galaxy A36 5G case sucks. I had it on my NEW PHONE for a week,, and i dropped my phone off a low patio table and the screen shattered.

We’re sorry to hear about your damaged device. Our cases are very protective, but some variables can’t be predicted. We’re happy to send a new OtterBox product under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Please reach out to us via chat with any questions or if you would like a new case.

Durable as heck

I've had this phone case for about a month and after dropping it several times on various hard surfaces from a variety of heights (none on purpose), I can say this is a quality phone case. It's not my first Otterbox purchase and it won't be my last.
