Orange flavor

I really enjoyed the flavor. It's nice orange taste and not to strong and overpowering. I feel like it did help with preventing muscle soreness after an intense workout.

Good taste, diffcult to dissolve fully

Really nice initial fruity taste. Aftertase is a bit like the artificial sweetener taste. Dosage is two scoops. Would not recommend dry scooping this, as the powder itself is very sweet. Needs a good anount of stirring to completely dissolve. Good consistency once mixed.

The trifecta of muscle recovery!

With muscle recovery, essential recovery vitamins and electrolytes, this creatine mix from Optimum Nutrition has really been great for during and after strenuous workouts! The mixture easily blends with water and the provided scoop helps portion out servings which is helpful for on the go. There is no smell but you can definitely taste the electrolytes which is not bothersome. I found that this really helped me when doing hikes, HIIT workouts and cardio. Not feeling drained, having no brain fog and feeling hydrated and less aches from tough workouts have really let me push myself! I love it!

Refreshing flavor , easy to mix, and perfect for my workout routine !

I’ve really enjoying this creatine! The orange passion fruit flavor is refreshing and tastes great! It dissolves easily in water and doesn’t leave a lot of powder sitting at the bottom. I also love how convenient the scoop is for measuring. Is easy to add to my daily routine, especially before or after my workout.

Refreshing drink

I will start off by saying the taste is good, it blends well and it’s refreshing. I have been using this for a few weeks and don’t notice any major difference in my post workout. It feels more like an electrolyte as I do feel hydrated after drinking it. Overall, it’s a decent drink. I will continue to use this to see if there is a difference in my health, however I have not noticed anything yet.

Tasty

I was worried this would be gritty and taste bad, but the orange passion fruit flavor is delightful. The texture is just fine too- it has no grit whatsoever. I’ve heard there are a lot of benefits for your brain and body so I’m excited to make this part of my routine
