Might be great, no associates to retrieve it!

I can’t report on the item because I wasn’t able to pick it up. I went into the pick up area inside the Carlsbad mall and was directed to fine jewelry. The woman at fine jewelry saw my pick up bar code on my phone and said she was helping someone else. I would have to wait until her associate returned from break. Everyone deserves a break, so I asked how long could I expect that to be. Just a few minutes, so did some shopping while I waited. (After already waiting at the original pick up counter) after ten minutes no one came to the fine jewelry counter to help and the original fine jewelry associate only glanced at me to assure me she was still helping her other customer.
