Works fast helps you to fall asleep!!

lid is impossible to open
I go to the gym regularly and I'm fairly fit. I can't open this bottle to save my life, I can't imagine how my mom or grandma would be able to. Something as dumb as a lid can make a person like my grandma feel weak or like she lost her strength, when in fact this pathetic design is the real culprit. Why am i returning to the grocery store for olly? oh yeah because I can't open the lid, that's real convenient. Thanks olly

These are the only effective sleep aids I have found
I am a nurse that used to work night shift and now on days. While on night shift these gummies helped me to adjust my sleep schedule. The taste and texture are good and not too tough on your teeth like some Gummies. I take them about thirty minutes before sleeping, and wake up less in the night. I have tried regular melatonin and that would make me groggy. I wake up feeling well rested after using these gummies. Personally, I don’t like to take melatonin every night so I only take them a few times per week. I wear an oura ring and my sleep score has even been impacted positively on the nights I take a sleep gummy from olly. I have used them on and off for about a year now and swear by these.

I’ve been taking these olly sleep gummies for about a month now and I’ve really been liking them! I have pretty bad insomnia and have my entire life so I was pretty skeptical because it’s not that high of a dose of melatonin, but they work! I take them about 30 minutes before bed and they make me feel perfectly relaxed and calm without just immediately knocking me out. They have a nice gummy texture not too hard or soft to chew and the flavor isn’t bad at all. My favorite part about the product is that I don’t wake up feeling like a zombie the next morning, I feel rested, balanced, and ready to start the day.

Love this!
I got the travel size but it works just the same! Depending on the person you may have to take more/less. Kicks in pretty quickly and lasts a while as well. They are have good ingredients and the texture is nice.

Olly sleep is my go to for Melatonin, with the added Magnesium and L-Theanine it helps you to relax so falling asleep is a breeze. The gummy taste is amazing making it super easy to take each night before bed. In my experience, if I were to accidentally skip a night I can tell the difference in my sleep. I do not wake up groggy, I wake up ready to take on my day.
