Cute but runs big

I purchased these shoes because they were stylish and had a low enough heel that I thought would be comfortable inappropriate for an event involving a lot of walking and standing. I tried these on as soon as I received them and noticed that they were about a half size too big. I am usually a size 7 1/2 and I purchased that and quickly realized I should’ve sized down to a seven. I was able to wear them, though they were bigger because the strap around the ankle kept my feet in place. Overall, very cute, but I would caution any potential buyers to size down.

Shoe fit the right size 7 but the strap ankle a bit loose added additional holes to fit right, haven't worn yet looking forward to.
