Nice mixer, needs careful cleaning
I bought the nutribullet Flex about a month ago and have used it pretty much every day since to mix a protein and fiber shake. Most things about the mixer work great. I actually really like that it is powered by a rechargeable battery, because my kitchen is in an old house and there are relatively few power outlets. The charge lasts for a couple of weeks for mixing a single shake every morning, which is great. The size is perfect as well for my needs. My biggest complaint is that I realized a few days ago that protein powder had collected at the bottom of the mixer around the screw-off blade assembly and had actually spoiled. I thought I was rinsing all of it away, but apparently not. Because I hadn't noticed this for a while, the bottom blade assembly has now acquired a nasty smell. Vinegar has not so far been able to eliminate the odor. You don't notice it when the mixer is assembled and you make a shake, but now I realize it is very important to disassemble the entire mixer every time you use it to make sure you clean out the bottom from any accumulated food gunk — and then let it dry completely. If it spoils, it seems to soak into the softer rubber parts and then becomes permanent.

Trust me this is a waste of money!
I bought this item a week ago and I'm looking to return it as soon as possible. This blender will not blend anything more solid than a banana. And it's probably going to get stuck blending that. You want to blend ice or frozen fruit? Forget about it! Most of what this lender is capable of blending are things that you could mix in a bowl with a whisk by yourself. It is a waste of money. Don't say you haven't been warned!

Terrible
Never worked. Tried all of the help tips and recommendations and the most I ever got it to blend was about 10 seconds. The battery died before anything ever got mixed.

Hardly works
Barely operates. I charge it fully and then go to use it and it says it’s out of battery. I have to plug it into my car usb charger just for it to work which almost defeats the purpose of it being portable. Not only that, but it stops running after 3 seconds and blinks with an error if it deems your contents too frozen. So I end up with a watery, crunchy smoothie while tethered to my car. I thought I would just deal with it but now it’s too late to return it and I’m fed up.

Just the right size
Was given as a gift, have used it once. I am really impressed, I moved into a small apartment and down sized and it is a perfect fit. Used it for breakfast smoothie, held everything I wanted, just the right size.

Nice size
I've really enjoyed my nutribullet flex. Dive we live in our motorhome and travel something small and chargeable is nice. Works very well.
