Bad customer service

I ordered these rugs for my house . Macy's canceled my orders without making an attempt to contact me. In addition I called your call center in the Philippines and confirmed that all the items were canceled. Then you started to send me items that you canceled. I am 68 years old and I am working 60 hours a,week.i don't have the time or the strength to carry the rugs to return them. This is not acceptable at all.
