Supper Close and Comfortable Shave!

I like how close it shaves and I like the onboard sideburn trimmer. I also like that it works with the optional cleaning pod. I also like that replacement blades for the 5000 are much cheaper than replacement blades for the 9000. I bought this 5000 Series shaver to replace a 9000 series shaver that I owner for about 10/12 years (I did replace the blades regularly). This new 5000 shaves so much better than the old 9000 I wish I had replaced it sooner. And of course the price of the 5000 is much less than a new 9000.

Good so far.

Had this for about 4 weeks,very pleased with product,I find it superior to my old 3000 series,but you do pay a premium for the 5000 series,battery lasts a good time ,I also find it easier to clean than my older model,the only criticism would be the position of the on off button,but you do get accustomed to this after a short period,I would definitely recommend this product.

Great shaver.

Like.... good close shave, good quality manufacturing, easy to clean, decent battery life Not so good... shame existing Philips charger and accessories from my old shaver could not be transferred.... cleaning tank, charger, replacement foils etc....

Shaver works really well. Batttery ladts long. Problem is trimmer does not cut well. My 30yr old philips worked better. But over all it cuts smooth
