Love this reformer! Setup was a breeze and it's so easy to pick up even if you've never used one before. The resistance is adjustable so you can start light and work your way up, and the carriage glides smoothly without feeling scary or complicated. Didn't need a trainer, just followed the included tutorials and got comfortable fast. Compact, sturdy, and folds away easily. Perfect if you're curious about Pilates but intimidated by the equipment!
