Great kitchen helper
I received it as a gift, and I am happy with this. So many options to blend ! It turns any ingredients into a smooth mixture in seconds. Noisy, yes. But I can deal with it for the sake of the result. Very useful kitchen appliance!

Replacement parts obsolete
Over a year of searching and replacement cups STILL NOT AVAILABLE! Both of mine that came with it are cracked around the threads and leak. I really regret this purchase. Also, while the blender blends better than my old Kitchen Aid, the blender lid is hard to clean - retains water when washing - what else is hiding in there??? Yuck.

Perfect Add-on to my Kitchen
I bought this a year ago and it is still going strong - making from smoothies - on the go or for the whole family, iced coffees (my son's favourite) to dips and sauces, it blends and smooths every time. Love the fact that I can make single servings in the attach blender and then use it as a go-cup. Highly recommend this item.

Disappointed with the Ninja motor and warranty
I am very disappointed with the replacement motor I received for my Ninja Detect™ TB301 1800-Peak-Watt Blender with BlendSense™ Technology. From the very first time I received the replacement, the Mode button only showed “Chop” and did not display the other modes, such as “Mince, small chop, large chop etc.” Not only this Manual mode -LAow, medium, high also doesn't work. It always works on low mode. I initially thought this might be something that would correct itself after using the blender with different products, and that the system might detect the usage and eventually enable the other modes. Unfortunately, that never happened. This was a replacement motor provided under warranty, and I received what appears to be a faulty unit from the beginning. My replacement order number is 01100229092. What makes this even more disappointing is that my original blender motor had already failed within only 8 months, despite very limited use. I was mainly using it to make grape juice a few times, so I did not expect the original product to fail so quickly. I expected much better quality and reliability from Ninja, especially when the product is still under warranty and the replacement itself arrives with an issue. Overall, I am very disappointed with the product quality and the replacement experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THIS NINJA COMPANY. I hope Ninja takes this feedback seriously and provides a proper resolution to their customer.
