Do not buy

The sofa looked great when we first bought it, but after just a couple of months, the material has started peeling and shedding. The fabric also looks faded, making it appear much older than it actually is. This is very disappointing, especially considering how little time we’ve had it. I expected much better quality and durability for a new sofa.

Very pretty , good quality but very uncomfortable

I purchased five pieces for my new home, and they look beautiful. The leather quality is very good, and the color is exactly what I was looking for. However, the biggest downside is the comfort. I bought this set for my TV/living room, expecting it to be comfortable for relaxing and watching television, but unfortunately, it is the opposite. The seating is very uncomfortable, and I find it difficult to sit on it for more than an hour without feeling discomfort. While the appearance and quality are excellent, I would not recommend it if comfort is a priority..

Horrible material

Ive had this couch for less than a year and the material is full of lint and looks worn away , Its unfortunate because it is comfortable and if it was better material it would be a great sectional .

Excelent couch. Durable.

We’ve owned one for the last 7 years. Spacious and comfortable. In great shape. If I ever need a new one I’ll buy it again.

Great Couch

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. This couch is amazing! Macy's delivered it on time and installed it. They also took our old couch so that that nice. The couch is great quality. We have 2 cats that love to make biscuits and no threads have come off. We have head the couch for a few months now!

Bad fabric- do not buy

I’ve had this sectional since May of 2025 and by Oct it showed signs of pilling. Keep in mind no animals on furniture and minimal use. Since October the pilling is so much worse and the warranty plan doesn’t cover it, so you cannot use the warranty. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and quality being so terrible in such a short span of time. Sincerely, buy another sectional with different material.

Poor quality

Poor quality. Seams are ripping and fabric is pilling after less than 6 months of use.

Extremely Comfortable

This couch is a dream. It provides so much space and it's very very comfortable with firm cushions that also shape with your body with a great bounce back. We spent over two months searching for the perfect couch and this one is it!
