spacious, lightweight

the capacity is good but I am skeptical about durability. It may not last long. The suitcase is starting to unthread already and maneuvering one of the bags is hard because it only have 2 wheels instead of 4.

Disappointed

I brought this set a few months ago for a trip. Did not get to use it right away however when I did I used the carry on and the large size. The carry on did not even make to my destination. The stitching started to come apart and the handle became stuck and could not go done. The larger size held up for my return home but barely. I wasted money buying this set and would not buy this brand ever again.

Dissapoonted , Too sensitive

We were weighting the bags at home and the side handle snapped, didn’t get to arport. At least I got them in a great deal.

Durable

I had this luggage for 4 years. I travelled more than 5 countries outside the US with this luggage.It is so strong and attractive. Finally my mom loved it and took it from me.So now I'm browsing to buy this luggage again. It worth the price.

Customer Service No Help

I purchased this set while on sale. I figured it would be a good deal and very durable since I had purchased a similar set years ago and it really held up. Well about 4 months months after purchasing, finally took a trip with the carry on and before I got to my destination the handle broke. I contacted customer service 3 different times and got 3 different responses on how to get the warranty which is 10 years (I've only had it 4 months). So now I have to find a way to get it fixed because I can't get a simple response to getting a warranty. And I can't speak with someone, it is all through a slow chat. Very very disappointing.
