Not noticing anything
Been taking for about a month. I haven’t really noticed any difference. But also haven’t noticed any side effects. It doesn’t absorb well take time for supplements to work and results can be subtle

Beneficial for immune system support
Teeny tiny capsule that is easy to swallow, no taste, which is a great bonus. I was reading a lot about selenium and its benefits for cognitive and mental health. Better sleep and immune support. I am always taking selenium and vitamin C a week before I travel and while traveling. Seems to help to not get sick. I'll keep doing it )

I received this Selenium by Nature’s Craft to try. I have a selenium deficiency so this was perfect timing. It was in a form of a vegetable pill. Packaging came with 100 day supply. You just take a pill a day. I have to say the pill smells terrible but I trust that it’s working. It makes me feel a little better.
