Incredibly too small

I ordered the blue ash color and waited 2 weeks to receive these. I am a sz 10 and ordered as such. They feel like an 8. I have no idea how these are even sell-able with such a flaw. The color is absolutely beautiful, but the sizing is WAY off.

Beautiful Shoe

Beautiful pair of shoes, however it runs slightly big. I usually wear size 9 and will need to exchange for an 8.5. There was too much room at the back of the heel.
