Noticable drop in quality

I'm not one to leave a lot of reviews, but I've been wearing Naturalizer shoes and boots for years, this pair was a real disappointment. After a few months of wear, 2-3x a week, the rubber sole has cracked and the underside of both toes is nearly worn through. I'm not sure they will even last six months. The heels have worn down very quickly as well. For Naturalizer, this is not what I expected. The insoles are stiffer and less comfortable and the leather on this pair is noticeably thinner and more easily damaged than pairs I've bought as recently as a couple years ago. Poor quality, and no longer worth the price point. Very disappointing.

Love this boot. The version of gold is a classy gold. Boot is very comfortable. Wish the ankle wasn't so wide. I have a regular sized ankle and it is alittle big.

Terrible Quality

These boots were very comfortable when I tried them on. I live in Canada, so it’s been snow and winter since I got them. I went to wear them this morning and there are a bunch of cracks and flaking in the leather on top of the foot area. These have never been worn! I’ve had them in my closet sitting on their own, they haven’t rubbed against anything. The quality is terrible. I am very disappointed.

Love the shoes

Shoes fit perfectly and look so good! Each time i wear i get the best compliments. You can dress up or dress down. One of my best additions to my closet and the best part was hoe beautifully they were packed to avoid any creases or scratches.

Wrong for event I was planning. Colour wrong

I need to return my shoes back. I am having severe trouble doing this. When I submit my order no. Your site says that my order number is incorrect. I am within 30 days but cant get anyone to help me with this issue. I love the shoes but they must go back. I need help with this return. Super uncomfortable and I’ll fitting, could barely get my feet in and it felt like there was a lump in the sole of the boot. Very hard and uncomfortable
