Leather quality is not good
I love this shoe! It’s my absolute favorite and I’ve owned 4 pairs. But sadly every single pair the toe scuffs and peels. The first pair I purchased in January 2024 those lasted as a normal shoe should, the last pair didn’t make it through the first time wearing. Every pair has gotten worse. Makes me very upset for the price point. This shoe is extremely comfortable and I get tons of compliments on them and I was just going to replace pair number 4, but I thought why purchase shoes that I may wear a few times and look like I’ve owned them for years. Not sure what’s going with the leather quality but such a bummer.

They are very cheaply made
I like the look of these shoes but within the 2 months I’ve had them the “leather” is scratched and flaky and my heel keeps falling off while I’m walking and won’t stay on. Not worth the money.

I had them in red suede and loved them. Just bought the black leather. They just dress up an out a little bit and they are so comfy.
inside of shoe peeling after 1X wearing
I typically don't write reviews, however, I think this one is warranted. The Naturalizer brand is one of my favorite, has been for many years, and I have many pairs of shoes and boots in my closet. The first time wearing the Banks slingbacks, I noticed a lot of peeling, inside the shoe (sides and top of shoe). I'm very disappointed in this since I can't return it. I'm leaving 2 starts only because it fits well and is comfortable.
Beautiful, great quality dress shoe
I'm so glad I ordered these in silver to wear to my son's wedding. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable to wear. Exactly what I was hoping for!

Damage very quickly
I love the shape and fit of these shoes so much I bought them in Opal and Black. Unfortunately, they are cheap PU rather than leather as stated and flake terribly. The become so damaged so quickly they are not worth purchasing.

Scratch easily
I bought several pairs of the same gold shoes. The quality got worse. The shoes are easy to scratch.
BANKS POINTED TOE FLATS
These flats are elegant, comfortable and extremely versatile. Good grip for a flat and the fit is perfect.
