NARS Lipstick Blame

NARS is my favorite lipstick. I ordered color BLAME, which states it's a neutral pink. However, this shade is a sheer orange. I've never returned a NARS lipstick but something is wrong with the label on this one or, the product is old. Please return.

I would like to comment on a makeup artist that you have there at Macy's in Arcadia California his name is Eden such a wonderful professional person when I walked in and addressed him to help me with all my concerns I'm a mature woman of 70 I needed some serious help on how to redo my makeup routine and he so much explained everything to me he listened to all my concerns and he gave me the products and showed me how to use everything and he was such a wonderful person that listened very well has a wonderful heart very patient very understanding attend all across the board for Eden I thank him very much for all his help with all my concerns and he made me such a happy person and also for all the other professionals there in all your counters they're all awesome
