A photo and a speaker
The sound quality that comes out of this music frame is really nice. Feels like an imersive experience. Its looks just like a photo frame when placed on a counter or hung on a wall. Its very heavy though so you have to get a serious wall hook to be able to hold the weight. You have to always keep it plugged into the power outlet to turn it on/off through the smart things app.

Great Sound, but connectivity issues
The sound is great on the my Music frames, however im giving them a 4 star because i can never get both Frames to connect at the same time even though they are both on the same internet connection. I always have to connect one after i turn the TV on.

I am really excited about this purchase. I am actually looking to buy two more to complete my surround soundstage. The synchronized connectivity is amazing, along with its clarity and frequency. I am always looking forward into what’s next with Samsung.

Connectivity is ridiculous
We bought TWO of these! They will not connect to our Samsung picture frame TV. Big waste of money. Called for help and spent hours on the phone with no resolve.
