Tables

Very disappointed. We purchased 3 tables and all are different colors. Too much hassle to take apart and ship back.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered two of these end tables. They were delivered separately in two 20 lb boxes. I never took them out of the box because the color wasn't what I thought it would be. The Marketplace seller sent me one return shipping label, which UPS wouldn't use for both items. The asked the seller to send a 2nd label, which they did. I returned the 2nd table the next day and didn't notice until after that it was the exact same tracking number/shipping label - they sent me the same label a 2nd time. Now the 2nd return is lost in the UPS system. Even though I have drop off confirmations under two different dates and my local UPS store accepted two packages with the same tracking number, the Marketplace seller won't refund the 2nd item. I have contacted UPS, Macy's customer service, and the Marketplace seller and they all tell me to contact each other. Lessons learned: check all labels and don't buy from Macy's Marketplace again!
