Beautiful and Perfect

I bought Miyabi Kaizen II 8" Chef's knife from my local Dillard's. The knife looks beautiful and has a nice balance to it. Cooking and cutting with this knife is a breeze and saves time to explore other things in life! I cook extensively but never had a great Chef's knife. I have Henkels hybrid chef's and serrated utility knife that weren't expensive. I have been using Henckels for 15 years. The utility knife still retains sharpness and beats the chef's knife which I sharpen from time to time. I can't imagine how this Miyabi knife will perform in the years to come in a positive way. I am very happy with my purchase. People who love to cook should and must have this Chef's knife in their cutlery collection. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Knife

Really nice Damascus steel knife. It feels solid and well-made, has a beautiful pattern on the blade, and came very sharp. Cuts smoothly and feels comfortable in the hand. Definitely happy with the quality for the price.
