Couldn't get the right size

I ordered a pair of Minnetonka Womens Cally Slippers on Macys.com after going to their physical store and being told that it wasn't slipper season. The size 8 was too big so I bought a size 7 which are too small. I am planning on returning both this weekend and sadly waiting until winter when hopefully I can phycically try on slippers and find a pair that fits.
