Disappointed in product

Over the years, I have purchased Michael Kors shoes and usually they are of great quality and fit well. However, this particular style buckles on the side of my feet when I walk. I purchased this shoe in blue leather but did not wear the shoe initially because I assumed that the fit was perfect. I purchased this shoe in denim with the assumption that all was well. I was disappointed when I tried on both pair and discovered the buckling. I returned the denim right away, but had exceeded the time limit for the blue leather. Please go back to your original manufacturer for great shoe quality. Other than the shoe buckling on the side, everything else is perfect.
