FedEx Delivery

The delivery method you use is sub-standard. First, it has reported to you that my item was delivered. This is incorrect!!! Only 2 of the 3 boxes were delivered. It trying to locate the status of my 3rd box, it took over half an hour to speak to a LIVE person at FedEx to track down my package. Please use a different carrier such as UPS or USPS. They have a better rate of delivery.

Grey and shiny but elegant

Those are definetely grey but shiny. Bought them for a gift. Hope they are as sturdy as elegant
