Poor customer service

Received a damaged wallet, when I pointed it out and asked right away to exchange it, I was told to go do it myself. It was not a simple process either; I needed to look for the exact wallet and had to go through the entire refund process, which forced me to pay upfront rather than continue with the online Klarna payment that I had used when purchasing this ONLINE order.
