This is definitely helping me

This is definitely helping me get restful sleep. As far as brain function I am not sure yet. I’m in early stages of menopause and I recently added ginkgo and other herbs to my herbal tea that I drink regularly. Something is helping my cognition. I have a job that requires a super sharp mind. I will try mega food straight up magnesium after this bottle. If I notice any difference I’ll update my review.

I combined this product with the Glycinate, Malate, Citrate formula. So fa so good. Sleep quality improved, with all the benefits that come with daily magnesium consumption.

A friend suggested these and what a difference its made in our sleep! We learned this is the only magnesium type that crosses the blood brain barrier. My husband and I take it nightly and we're both resting deeply and waking up well rested and energized. There're so many different brands out there and I was so glad to see megafoods had these because I trust the brand quality and knew we'd be getting an excellent product.
